CHAPTER 8
The next day Naruto woke up and Sasuke wasnt in bed with him. He heard rustling in the kitchen and got out of bed and walked into the kitchen. He saw Sasuke sitting at the table eating a jam sandwich with milk. Naruto walked over to him.
I see your up. Sasuke said as he took a bite out of his sandwich.
Sasuke, what happened last night, I-
No. I dont want to hear about Naruto. Lets just focus on today, alright.
Right. Naruto lowered his head.
Sasuke looked at Naruto and went to make him some ramen. Vegetables, or no? Sasuke asked.

Sakura didn't very often murmur. At least not where Naruto was concerned. For Naruto, it was mostly impatient shouting and frustrated yelling. Sometimes Sakura spoke to Naruto in a low voice but those times it sounded more like she was growling her words out through clenched teeth. And Naruto knew better than to sidle up closer to listen because he always ended up with his jaw –and ego- painfully bruised.
At least that was one good thing (the only good thing, he told himself fiercely) about Sasuke: Sasuke didn't punch Naruto in the face when he got close. Not that Naruto would have any reason to get anywhere near Sasuke, if it weren't for Sa
